Global Aid Partnership

Global

Jesus tells his disciples to go everywhere and reach everyone. We founded Global Aid Partnership in 2008 to meet desperate needs both locally and around the world. Circles of influence start at home and extend far beyond to fulfill God’s call.

Aid

Real aid includes both spiritual and practical help which flows from the love of Jesus. Practical aid sustains life, while the gospel has the power to change lives from the inside out. Generosity transforms both the giver and the receiver.

Partnership

Sometimes we go. Often we share strengths with those already onsite, ministries we know to be profoundly effective. Vibrant bible training centers, native evangelist networks, schools, clinics and children’s homes are all among our partners.

“My little children, let us not love in word,
neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.”
1 John 3:18

Initiatives

Houston’s Kids Against Hunger

Since 2012, we have hosted local volunteer events to pack and ship nourishing meals to those in desperate need. From school groups to corporate teams- anyone can make a difference. Half of food ships internationally, while half stays local, including 10% reserved for local and national emergencies. To date, we’ve packaged 630K meals and growing.

Mahaneh-Dan India

A network of over 200 native evangelists and churches, mostly in rural villages, which our church has principally supported since 1995. Ministry training center in Mumbai. English medium school with 1000+ students in Goa. Also a children’s home, counseling center and personal development projects.

Haiti Village School

The boys and girls of Madame Beauge are outshining their circumstances, thanks to their dedicated teachers in the village’s first-ever school, built with your help and supported since 2010. Mesi! (Thank you!)

Eternal Light India

Word of Christ Bible School has trained new generations of Christian leaders for more than 30 years. Eternal Light Public School is providing excellence in education to more than 1000 students. Personal development. Disaster relief. The School of Praise, Worship and Music sends students into music ministry after short, intensive training. Partner of our church since 2004.

VC Children’s Home, Malawi

140 students are receiving care and education from childhood to career placement. Since we began sending fortified rice meals in 2008, sick days have gone down and grades have gone up. Now students are testing among the top students in their nation.

Cindi’s Hope Kenya

A rescue center for 120 abused and neglected children, mostly girls. Since 2013, we have provided food aid to fill gaps in nutrition. Now some of that aid will also be used for street outreaches.

Max Manning, Haiti

Since 1963, Rev. Manning has offered leadership and aid for Haitian pastors now numbering more than 400. Since 2008, we have worked with Rev. Manning’s network of churches to distribute more than 50 tons of disaster relief and food aid throughout Haiti.

Boxes of Blessings

Sharing holiday boxes of food with needy families in the Houston Area since 2005 through GWC member Shirley Hightower, founder of Soldiers in God’s Army Ministries.
